Consult Group is a FMCG consultancy business based in Australia. We have helped brands and manufacturers take their business to the next level by harnessing 28 years of experience in FMCG distribution, trading and sales. We have built an impressive global network of strategic partners to support our clients as they set their sights higher than ever before. Through all of this, we have remained a family-run business with exceptional standards for customer care and attention to detail. The Consult Group story and the leaders at the Helm may have changed a little over the years, but our commitment to excellence has been a constant,

  • Registered in 1979 as “The Achievers”

    1979
  • In 1983 the company became known as Wal Jennings and in 1992 Doug Newberry became a director for the company.

    1992
  • The Newberry family purchases the company in late 1992, and it becomes Access Distributors, delivering direct to store orders.

  • Moving with the changing times the business evolved to head office dealings and removed direct to store deliveries and changed its name to Access Sales (Aust) PTY LTD.

    1994
  • Access Sales comes under the directorship of the new generation and begins trading as Consult Group in 2015

    2014
  • In 2020 we merged entities to become the Consult Group Company – encompassing so much more than just sales.
